The Tour began October 10th, 2008 and ended November 25th, 2008.

The tour intended to foster dialogue between U.S. and Oaxacan activists around organizing strategies and movement building. Oaxacan organizers brought together many diverse organizations —indigenous, labor, women's, youth, neighborhood— to form a mass movement for democracy and accountability.
